DAIKIN Altherma 3M

DAIKIN Altherma 3M

The Daikin Altherma 3 M monobloc heat pump: Now also available in 4-8 kW output classes

Daikin introduces the new generation of the Daikin Altherma 3 M monobloc heat pump with the climate-friendly refrigerant R-32. The new models of the Daikin Altherma 3 M are available in the smaller output classes 4 kW, 6 kW and 8 kW with a newly designed outdoor unit. This range completes the existing portfolio of Daikin Altherma 3 M air-to-water heat pumps in the output ranges 9-16 kW. The units impress with their compact design and are therefore ideal for installation in places with limited floor space.

Optimum performance despite lower output ranges

Despite the smaller output ranges, the new Daikin Altherma 3 M models deliver optimum performance, even at low outdoor temperatures. With an operating range down to -25°C, the heat pump heats reliably and efficiently even in winter. Without the use of an additional heating rod, the heat pump achieves a flow temperature of 60°C at -5°C outside temperature. In addition to its very efficient A+++ operation, the Daikin Altherma 3 M is a particularly sustainable option for heating and cooling. By using R-32 refrigerant with a lower global warming potential (GWP), it operates in a very climate-friendly way.

Compact and functional design

The monobloc heat pump has a functional design with an integrated control box. To simplify commissioning, the Daikin Altherma 3 M is equipped with a swivelling control box and a simple hydraulic connection. A white front grille completely hides the fan, which has been used in an optimised shape for a particularly sleek appearance.

DAIKIN Altherma 3H MT

DAIKIN Altherma 3H MT

Perfect heating comfort: Daikin Altherma 3 H MT

Daikin Altherma 3 H MT air-to-water heat pump is the ideal solution both for replacing gas and oil heating appliances in old buildings and for installation in new buildings where flow temperatures of up to 65 °C are sufficient. Daikin Altherma 3 H MT with R-32 refrigerant is available in sizes 8, 10 and 12.

With the Daikin Altherma 3 H MT, Daikin offers a solution for houses built from the 1990s onwards. With a flow temperature of up to 65 °C at an outdoor temperature of minus 15 °C, the Daikin Altherma 3 H MT is the optimal solution for easy replacement of gas and oil heating appliances or other heating systems. In new buildings, too, the new heat pump with its modern design is the right choice for detached and semi-detached houses and smaller apartment buildings. It can be combined with radiators and underfloor heating and provides reliable heating performance at outdoor temperatures as low as minus 28 °C. The outdoor unit is equipped with a comprehensive range of heating and cooling systems. The outdoor unit is always protected by comprehensive frost protection.

Smart, efficient and quiet

The hydrosplit design heat pump is easy to install without the need for a refrigeration certificate: Since the R-32 refrigerant circulates only in the outdoor unit, only water-side connections are required. The new heat pump has a seasonal efficiency of A+++ and a COP up to 5.1 (7 °C / 35 °C). With 35 dB(A) at a distance of three meters and only one fan, it is also particularly quiet. With heating and cooling modes, Daikin Altherma 3 H MT offers year-round comfort. It is Smart Grid-enabled and there are three different series to choose from for the indoor unit.

DAIKIN Atherma 3 R

DAIKIN Atherma 3 R

Daikin Altherma 3 R heat pump in sizes 11 - 16 kW for the first time in split design with R-32 refrigerant for cooling, heating and hot water

With its new Daikin Altherma 3 R, Daikin is launching for the first time an R-32 air-to-water heat pump in higher output sizes as a split unit that also provides cooling in addition to heating and domestic hot water. The heat pump is available with a redesigned outdoor unit in 11 kW, 14 kW and 16 kW capacities.

Thanks to further developments in compactness, design and operating performance, Daikin Altherma 3 R proves to be the ideal heat pump for larger new and renovated old buildings. The new outdoor unit is smaller and even fits under a window. Equipped with one large fan instead of the two smaller ones common in higher-performance units, it is 25 % lower in height than its predecessors. This heat pump hides its fan behind a black, horizontally extending front grille to blend into any environment.

Ideal for new buildings and renovated old buildings

With an outlet water temperature of up to 60 °C at an outside temperature of -7 °C, the unit can be used flexibly. Operation of the system is guaranteed down to an outside temperature of -25 °C. The heat pump works particularly efficiently in combination with underfloor heating systems and heat pump convectors, both of which are available as Daikin total solutions.

One solution, many possible combinations

Three different models of indoor units are available for Daikin Altherma 3 R series outdoor units. The indoor units are available in three model versions: "Heating only", "Heating and cooling" and "Bizone". The "Heating only" versions are integrated as standard. The "Cooling" function can only be implemented with underfloor heating or heat pump convectors.

With the Daikin app Onecta, the Daikin Altherma 3 R heat pump can also be controlled via smartphone.

DAIKIN Emura 3

DAIKIN Emura 3

Design that speaks for itself: Daikin Emura 3

With the Emura 3 air conditioner, Daikin has launched a new version of the design classic. The unit is particularly compact and has smaller dimensions in width than the current Emura (10% more compact indoor unit in width). The indoor unit is available in black, white and silver. The smart design integrates harmoniously into any room. The outdoor unit of the Emura 3 has also been redesigned to look slimmer and more modern.

In addition to the innovations in appearance, the Emura 3 has also been technically improved: a specially developed fan optimises the airflow for high performance at a low noise level, making Emura 3 virtually inaudible in operating mode. The operating range has also been extended: cooling mode is possible between minus 10 °C and plus 50 °C, while in heating mode offers reliable performance between minus 20 °C and plus 24 °C. Another new technical feature is the Heat Boost mode, which allows the air conditioner to heat the room to the desired temperature particularly quickly. The set temperature is reached in 14 % less time than with a conventional air conditioner.

For best air quality, streamer technology combined with a Titanium Apatite photocatalytic filter / silver allergen filter cleans and removes dust particles, allergens and odours from the air.

Daikin Emura 3 is available in five sizes (20 - 25 - 35 - 42 - 50). With a SEER of up to 8.75 and a SCOP of up to 5.15, the split air conditioner is rated in the highest energy efficiency class A+++ in cooling and heating mode.

In addition to the proven functions of the predecessor model, the new Emura 3 offers many new comfort features for a pleasant room climate, such as the intelligent thermo and motion sensor, a 3D air flow, the Coanda effect in cooling and heating.
