The EIBENSTOCK pipe cutter was developed for the time-saving and safe cutting to length and chamfering of plastic pipes up to Ø 350 millimetre in a single operation. This means that HT and KG pipes as well as thick-walled, sound-insulated PKNG and PP waste water pipes (like Skolan pipes) can be processed. Depending on the type of material, a carbide and a diamond cutting and chamfering disc are available as accessories. As an option, precise cutting of ventilation pipes (like spiral ducts) is also possible using a diamond cutting disc.
An extendable roller carriage and a support block ensure stable support of the pipes to be processed. The bevel width is infinitely adjustable without the use of tools. A hoover connection enables efficient extraction during the cutting process and protects the user from harmful plastic particles.
The compact and handy ERC 300 is supplied in a transport box, making it ideal for mobile use on the construction site.

Body-friendly drilling with a low risk of potential danger
EIBENSTOCK is launching a new, improved version of its "Bohrwurm". The mobile drill stand is designed for low-fatigue, relaxed and back-friendly drilling at working heights from 25 cm up to 1.30 m. With the optionally available column extension, even drilling heights of up to 2.30 m are possible without additional aids. Like its previous model, the EBW 1300 minimizes the potential for accidents to a minimum and prevents hand as well as arm injuries in case of blockage. In application, the drill rig combines the speed of freehand drilling with the accuracy and power savings of column-guided drilling. Furthermore, there is no assembly damage to the wall, compared to when a "conventional" drill stand is attached. The set-up times, especially for high bores, are much shorter. This remarkably increases efficiency while at the same time making work easier.
The drilling height can be adjusted flexibly and steplessly with the help of a crank feed and a mechanical lock between the carriage and column enables the machine incl. drill bit and drill core to be lowered safely. Thanks to the plug-in system, the drill ring is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble and can be transported in a space-saving way.
Not only EIBENSTOCK diamond core drills can be used in the drill stand, but also core drills and hammer drills from different manufacturers with a max. 60 mm clamping neck. This makes the EBW 1300 the perfect helper, especially for the plumbing and electrical industry or for machine rental.
The powerful wall chaser for the hardest materials
The EMF 180.2 can cut slots of up to 60 mm in the following materials: concrete, masonry and sand-lime brick. Therefore, it is the ideal tool for the plumber when laying heating, water and sewage pipes as well as larger dimensioned cable ducts and installation pipes under plaster.
The powerful 2.300 watt motor is robust and guarantees a high milling performance. The slim design and the parallel handle arrangement enable a comfortable working posture, even when performing close to the edge. The milling depth can be adjusted without the use of tools and a hose lock prevents unintentional loosening of the suction hose. The new folding hood ensures an almost dust-free plunging and slitting. Furthermore, the special hood with tangential dust extraction provides optimum flow conditions and the removal of fragments is facilitated.
The split work spindle allows the mounting of joint milling discs up to 10mm segment thickness. A new floor guiding device is available for this purpose, which enables the fatigue-free installation of slots and expansion joints in floors.

The future of dry drilling of the hardest materials and reinforced concrete
With the ESD 162, EIBENSTOCK is launching a new powerful soft-percussion core drilling machine for dry drilling up to a diameter of 202mm (optimum 162mm) in particularly hard materials, such as reinforced concrete or highly compacted sand-lime brick. It is the perfect problem solver for drilling applications where the conditions on site do not allow for wet drilling (hollow ceilings etc. - avoidance of water damage). The drilling range makes the machine suitable for creating wall and ceiling openings in sanitary, heating and ventilation construction.
The specially developed IHT gearbox is extremely sturdy due to the innovative "Impact Hybrid Technology" (IHT). A high-precision toothed rim geometry enables optimized impact pulse delivery to the drill bit and thus faster drilling progress. The soft percussion can be conveniently switched on and off via a rotary knob. Moreover, the machine is equipped with the intelligent digital EDMC Pro motor control, which protects the machine from overload and informs the user in time before the carbon brush wear.
The dust extraction system is integrated in the spindle and protects the operator from hazardous mineral dusts.
The user achieves best results in the system with the matching BST 162 H soft-impact drill rig and the specially developed IHT soft-impact drill bits.
